Agreement-before-payment rule

The developer license agreement contains no Web3 terminology and requires no cryptocurrency at any step. Payment instructions are never released until the agreement is effective, and authentication alone never grants licensed content — an active license and entitlement decision are required. ICEGUARD is a conceptual design that has not been built, tested, or validated; your Architect and Engineers of Record adapt, verify, and seal every project. ICEGUARD prepares documentation — only IBHS designates homes, and insurance discounts are not guaranteed and vary by insurer and state.
