    Sign a message to prove wallet ownership (SIWE) — no funds move at this step.

  4. STEP 4

    Claim on-chain

    Complete the 6,999 USDC claim on Base for a numbered Founder package.

Founder tokens are entitlement records, not investments

The Founder token records program membership and license entitlement — it is not investment, security, equity, or profit-sharing. Founder agreements govern token and transfer behavior separately from the commercial license, which contains no Web3 terminology. Token ownership alone never grants access to your organization’s private project records; access always requires identity, organization membership, an active license, and entitlement checks together.
