    Sign the Founder agreement

    Review and electronically sign the agreement governing token and transfer behavior.

  3. STEP 3

    Verify your wallet

    Sign a message to prove wallet ownership (SIWE) — no funds move at this step.

  4. STEP 4

    Claim on-chain

    Complete the 7,999 USDC claim on Base for a numbered Founder package.

  5. STEP 5

    Everything unlocks

    Your numbered package, the full library, and the project workspace activate.

Founder tokens are entitlement records, not investments

The Founder token records program membership and license entitlement — it is not investment, security, equity, or profit-sharing. Founder agreements govern token and transfer behavior separately from the developer license, which contains no Web3 terminology. Token ownership alone never grants access to your organization’s private project records; access always requires identity, organization membership, an active license, and entitlement checks together. ICEGUARD is a conceptual design that has not been built, tested, or validated; your Architect and Engineers of Record adapt, verify, and seal every project. ICEGUARD prepares documentation — only IBHS designates homes, and insurance discounts are not guaranteed and vary by insurer and state.
